Bad customer service. Eating was okay, not great. when we were a big group, we had to prescribe our food. they served the desert together with the main court. When we asked them to dessert later, they told us that they did not speak English. it felt like a big sweat.

Very nicely furnished restaurant for the kauniainen customers. a good selection of meals served with typical sorts of sides, rice and naan. to fill, eat and share. very nice, polite and helpful server. excellent whisper recommended: the Indian tee. ask it with extra ingwer.

Been there for the second time and again I left with a bitter taste experience. Never again! First time I been with my family on a Sunday. First contact that I had: place it's looking nice, clean, food OK, I would give a star. Problems came with the service and the staff. A grumpy boy with a bad attitude that seems like he was trying to offer the worst dining experience ever: no customer service skills, patronising, bad manners, creating an atmosphere that we felt that we just need to go. I was thinking that probably it's having a bad day, happen to everybody! Didn't said nothing! After a long period of time, remembering my firs experience what I said to myself. Let's try again this place everybody deserves a second chance probably that person it's not there, probably he had a bad day, lets be better this year and all good things when you try to convince yourself to do something that you will regret afterwards. Said and done it was about lunch time and I had a plan: to go and eat Indian food today. It's going to be lunch buffet today so the contact with the stuff it's very minimal. I arrive to Kauniainen center, I park my car and I am going towards Delhi Rasoi, feeling very good about this day. I had already did a lot of work, I just need a good meal to bust my energy level. This it's going to be a good day! I was rong about it! I step in the restaurant, its been more crowded than I remember and walk towards bar. I had my mask on and corona pass ready. There nobody! But I stop in front of bar and wait. Who it's coming from the back of the bar, I think it's the kitchen there. Exactly: the grumpy little boy that served last time. I recognised him immediately! I stepped closer to the counter and ask for lunch buffet. In that moment he start screaming at me and demand that I talk louder. In that moment my blood start boiling remembering the last experience that I had here with the same person. I start tell him to calm down, to stop screaming that it's not appropriate, and I ask him if he has a hearing problem. After this I try to get my meal that I paid for but didn't felt right and remembering the last experience that I had the last time with the same person I felt the need to say something. I went back to the bar and tell him that I want to talk with a manager, that this it's not ok. Again he start screaming and pointing that if I have complains to send them a mail. I just left and on my way out I told them that this place have bad services and give the sign promise to myself to never go there back again. This it's the first time that I leave a comment and a bad review hopefully they ar going to take this like a feedback and improve their business. A good year to everybody and do not eat in places that going to ruin your day!

Paikka siist oils, melkein liian kliininen. Ruoka oils hyvää. Tulen ehdottomasti uudestaan. Hyvä paikka myös suuremmille ryhmille.
