Mcdonald's - Kaukauna

Excellent service! That's a typical McDonald's. You are all very cookie cutter. This particular location looks as if it had the recent rebuilding, very updated. You have a Play Place (which is hard to find nowadays). They also have the self-ordering kiosk, which is a plus.

It was very clean and the staff was so friendly!! There was a man there, I wish I knew his name... he was clean and made sure that the play area was always in good shape, he went out to shovel, and greeted everyone with a smile...big employee! Kill him! (A little girl got sick and he came in and cleaned it right away.

I took a group of 12 children and 3 adults here today and the staff are kind to do everything to make it easier and pleasant for us. We didn't ask, we didn't swear. The kids weren't crazy. You just did it to help us. From the offer for me to write the order on a clipboard, to ask us our tablet whether there is anything else they could do for us. It was so wonderful! Thank you for the great experience!

Larry the manager is super fantastic. We went there and asked for 2 Mc Doubles without Pickles and 2 McDoubles without cheese and 2 Mc Dondoulbes as it is. When we went home with the food, we noticed that the order was not correct. The tags were on the burgers that there was no cheese and were not pickles on the burgers and assumed that they were made right. No picks and no cheese were made right. Called and spoke to Larry and he made the whole order. Then he himself came into his car and the hand gave me the correct order. He's the only manager I can really say he cares about his customers. Larry's doing the good job!

I had an issue when waiting for my order as I felt forgotten about and they corrected it quickly and apologized sincerely. I went from upset to pleasantly surprised in a matter of seconds. Very professional. Thank you.
