The tables were cleaned by sweeping the tra... read more We visited the renovated restaurant and I didn't notice much of the changes. Customer service just as bad as before. The tables were cleaned by sweeping the trash on the floor. In Vichy, you could taste all possible soda flavors when they come from the same tap. The salads were missing sauces and the steaks were fried like reindeer. The children had to eat with their jackets on when it was so cold. Those renovations won't help if the basics aren't in order...

They probably deserve one star just because they got their money back (they didn't get food). Although I had to ask for that myself, they didn't offer a refund or a discount or anything else.
