I also wanted to mention the new promotional item for 2024, the Hotbox. It was okay, but it didn't meet my expectations compared to last year's Hotbox, which was fantastic. I shared a picture of last year's promo because I really hope you can bring that one back. Just a heads-up if you’re looking for the same great Hotbox I was hoping for!
The customer service is frustrating. When they do answer the phone, they often put you on hold to serve customers who are waiting in the store, even though you called in before they arrived.
The person answering the phone seems unsure of how to help and just puts you on hold. I'm trying to get a refund for a canceled order, and all I want is my money back.
Delicious everything
I’ve had issues with my last three orders—they’ve all been incorrect. The entire order was wrong. I asked to check the bag before we left, but we got a phone call and forgot. I might not return again.
