Tiff's Treats Cookie Delivery - Katy

Exceptional customer service!! Ordered a birthday box with a variety of things to be delivered to my daughter. The driver left to deliver it and someone realized he left a cupcake box behind. The manager immediately called me and already had a second driver in route to deliver the missing cupcake. They even asked the front office of her work to hold the package for the second driver so she would get it all together! It all got delivered within 15 minutes of each other! Simply amazing! Thank you for making it right and fast! She loved the surprise, and she LOVES the delicious treats as well!

The best freshest flavorful cookies I’ve ever tried! Made to order and so warm and smells amazing! I ordered the variety box the snickerdoodle is my favorite! My family enjoyed these sweets as a dessert!

This place is of the best places to get a good cookie. prices are not sky high and you get a good size cookies and they taste amazing. highly recommend

I don't generally like to give a bad review unless deserved, but I feel in this instance it is warranted. I started on the app at 9:30 to place an order. As I was in the middle of placing a $70 order the app said the delivery time had changed. So I selected the new time and the order wouldn't go through. So I called the location and they said that they stopped taking orders at 9:45. It was 9:49. But I had been on the app trying for the past 10 minutes trying as the delivery time changed. I feel like the order should have been taken with a 4 min difference or I should have been offered to pick up, but I was told if I could get there in 10 min I could have what was in the case. As a manager, I feel that this was not good customer service. Luckily Crumbl is open until midnight and they are more than happy to take my order and the generous tip.
