Food is good and reliable, portions are somewhat small on some items. The bottomless fries are a treat. The staff is helpful and friendly.
I hosted several birthday parties for my kids at this restaurant, and each one was a success. The staff is always cheerful and very accommodating.
We have had great service the two times we have gone. All the employees are very attentive and make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your meal.
The food is usually great. I'm rarely disappointed in any of the burgers and I will keep ordering outside my comfort zone because they are exceptional. A few times the fries did not come out hot but just tell them and they'll rush out some hot fries.The tables are sticky and need some serious cleaning. They have servers and the servers have helpers. Which is awkward becausethe servers are usually standing and watching the helpers. One of them should be double cleaning the sticky tables.
I had Cod...I know it is a great burger place, just wanted something different. It was good, fish a little over cooked but still tasted good! Serving size was a lot, ended up taking it home, heated up in air fryer yummy. Our waitress was on top ofeverything, pleasant and professional. Would I recommend this Red Robin, yes!!!
