Wish I could give zero stars. Don't order the Beef and Broccoli if you actually want beef. This is a double order, tons of broccoli but no beef.
The black pepper chicken was raw. The fried rice was hard. The noodles had more cabbage than noodles and were also hard. Called and spoke to the Manager who said the only way to get a refund is to drive back to the restaurant to bring the food back. Ioffered to send a picture of the raw chicken, she said the food has to be brought back. I bring the food back and the person@the window said the manager isn't there and they had to send her a picture of the food to see what she says. Absolutelyridiculous! Never again. I should've just called my bank and had them dispute it instead of wasting my gas. However they didgive me a refund in cash. Check your food before you leave here since they want evidence before they refund you.
Horrible customer service!! Food was gross and was lied to and told refund would be issued once photos of food and receipt were sent but was offered 20% off next visit instead. Told them that wasn?t right since I paid FULL PRICE for nasty food. Instead ofrefunding, offering store credit or replacing the food, the general AND assistant managers yelled and threatened to call thecops on me for demanding a refund and corporates number. LOL. Stay away from this place if you expect to be treated right withrespect which they know nothing about. No wonder they have horrible reviews and the restaurant is empty with no customers!
I ordered the bigger plate with double orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, with chow mein. I also ordered Rangoons. As soon as I received it, I noticed the food wasn?t that hot. Also, the rangoons and honey walnut shrimp looked old. Not even an hour aftereating my food, I felt sick. I've been bedridden ever since. They need to do something about this location. I will not be goingto a Panda Express anytime soon.
