The staff here sucks. I made an order for to go in the app and went there on the time it is for pick up. they said I needed to wait as it is not ready. 30mins a... read more The staff here sucks. I made an order for to go in the app and went there on the time it is for pick up. they said I needed to wait as it is not ready. 30mins after I went back in the counter and they told me I need to wait. After telling them can you pls check that food waiting in the pick up section,and it turns out thats mine. That terrible experience would not want me to go back there ever again. They are even yelling and not even sorry for me waiting for so long.

I do... read more My family and I really like panda express but like most things that I give less than three star ratings to it is just a fast food place that is a monopoly. I don’t really know, but I would rather give my money to a small business that are people that I know and trust. I also feel like the people that are working. Don’t really care about giving you large portions when the food is not really given to them by payments of money, they just have to make us and I would hope that they would let people have large meals. And most of the time people have leftovers as panda express so it would not go to waste. I just hope that they take peoples thoughts into consideration, and that managers do not waste the food because most of the time it goes to the trash at the end of the night, so especially at the end of the night they should be trying to empty out those pans. as always much love from Houston and the universe ? ? ??? ?
