Ling's Restaurant - Katy

Paula Deen has me totally confusedI have no idea the proper name of her restaurant.

I feel like this is one of those bucket list tourist things you have to do, so we didWe made a reservation for first thing on Sunday.

I saw a good Chinese. I wanted to go somewhere and see the facility, the staff, etc. I started with just the basics, chicken fried rice and went through the menu. I find the food very tasty and a good value. The staff was always friendly and nice. It's my farewell from now on.

Finally, there was a place that served salt and pepper shrimps. And they didn't disappoint. Good size shares. Food supplied hot. Good quality food for the prices.

Always solid Chinese fast food. It fits a specific niche when you crave fried rice or lo mein.
