I had also clearly repeated my order multiple times, specifying 2 orders of popcorn chicken, but they still gave us 3 and charged us for it. On top of that, my drink lacked flavor and was not enjoyable at all. With so many boba restaurants available now, this one did not meet my expectations, and I wouldn't recommend it.

This delay happens every single time, and it’s baffling that it hasn’t been resolved after so long. To avoid the frustration, I’d recommend going to Tapioca Express across the street instead; their drinks are much better.

I always request medium spicy popcorn chicken, but instead, I end up with either extra salted, extra greasy, or dry and tasteless popcorn chicken. What has changed? One spot that I particularly like is Kim's Teahouse, a delightful venue for both tea and food. Located on Mason Road in Katy, Texas, it features a medium-sized interior that can accommodate around 50 guests. Due to its popularity and the quality of its offerings, there is often a line to place an order, but I've always managed to find a seat. The colorful murals and décor create a cozy atmosphere where you can relax over a cup of tea while chatting with friends, working on your laptop, or simply unwinding. The main reason to visit Kim's Teahouse is its impressive selection of teas. I love the large drink display on the wall, and the numbering system makes it easy to order exactly what you want. However, don't expect the fancy glassware shown in the pictures; those are for display only. The beverages are served in large, standard plastic cups sealed with a lid. I've enjoyed every drink I've tried here, from strawberry tea to almond cream tea and more. Many of the teas come with added boba, tapioca, or jelly, which adds an element of fun, especially for kids. If you're not in the mood for tea, there are also coffee drinks and smoothies available. As for the food, the options are somewhat limited, but the snack-sized portions are perfect for a quick bite. The boba tea was amazing—I had the coconut cream tea with tapioca and decided to try something new by adding mango poppers. It was delicious! Plus, I received a "Buy 10, Get 1 Free" card. I will definitely be going back!
