The staff at Dunkin’ Donuts on Fry Rd always brighten my day with their polite and friendly service. However, I was a bit disappointed today. My avocado toast wasn’t toasted—it was more like plain bread with avocado. That said, I still enjoyed it and ate it all. Next time, please toast it for me, as I really love it that way and am willing to wait for perfection. I still appreciate you all!

The attendant said, "Yeah... um, our latte machine has already been cleaned, so we ca... read more Tonight, I visited the drive-thru and ordered two mocha lattes at 9:49 PM. The attendant said, "Yeah... um, our latte machine has already been cleaned, so we can't make those." It would have been better if she had simply said the machine was broken instead of essentially implying, "No, I just don’t feel like it." I completely understand if that's the case, but if this is a regular occurrence at this North Fry location, perhaps it would be a good idea to update your posted business hours.
