Dunkin' - Katy
Dunkin'
Description
A neighborhood Dunkin' on Fry Road earns praise for friendly, reliable staff, a clean shared dining area and outdoor seating, and popular items like Charli cold foam and avocado toast. Regulars appreciate consistent orders and quick service, but others note stale donuts, uneven coffee, occasional equipment downtime after hours and loud music. Convenient for drive-thru runs and daily visits, the location could benefit from tighter quality control and clearer evening beverage availability to match its warm customer service.

Hands down the best customer service! Aldo, Samantha, Michelle are awesome, and don’t forget the manager Ali.
Tonight, I visited the drive-thru and ordered two mocha lattes at 9:49 PM. The attendant said, "Yeah... um, our latte machine has already been cleaned, so we can't make those." It would have been better if she had simply said the machine was broken instead of essentially implying, "No, I just don’t feel like it." I completely understand if that's the case, but if this is a regular occurrence at this North Fry location, perhaps it would be a good idea to update your posted business hours.
I rated this place 3 stars because it just took over the location where Taco Bueno used to be. I don't understand how they can call themselves "newly opened" when they're selling stale donuts along with the fresh ones. Buying donuts here feels like a gamble—you have a 50/50 chance of getting stale ones. For $9, you get 6 donuts, but that could mean 3 stale and 3 fresh. You're better off getting donuts from HEB, where they are always fresh and never stale. Honestly, they should just close down and let something else take its place.
I went to pick up an order of 36 donuts for a gender reveal, and they were absolutely delicious. The pickup was quick and efficient.
