What Stephen Gill doesn't like about Day Ight Donuts:
Customers be aware. They charge a surge charge for credit card payments. My card was already ran with absolutely no disclosure. I asked about the difference and the employee points at the sign on the wall. Advised the surcharge notice needs to be posted at the entrance door glass for it to be legal to do so. Avoid. Additionally, I realized I was significantly overcharged. $4 for a small juice? The sausage and cheese kolaches were acceptable, but the ham and cheese kolaches were unpleasant and extremely dry, as if they had been sitting out for days. The pre-packaged donut holes were stale, unlike the fresh ones displayed. My advice is to check your food before leaving the establishment.
Ordered old fashioned glazed donuts. Got chocolate glazed instead of what I ordered.
This is our favorite donut place! We get Kolaches and/or a donut almost every week. Owners are friendly and helpful. Great prices. Most importantly, great food. Definitely recommend this place!
