Grabbed the family special 10 pcs fish n 6 pc shrimp was good. Will return.

Was recommended this place by my brother and I was not disappointed! For 11 bucks you can get 2 huge pieces of catfish and two large shrimp along with a hushpuppy and a side of your choice! I got the dirty rice. The catfish seasoning is just right, I 've been to a fewer high end places who didn 't have catfish this good! This is one of my new favorite spots now!

There are various locations such as Catfish Station and The Station, but the quality of the food varies greatly from one place to another due to different ownership. There's a serious lack of consistency! I'm giving this place one star, and today will be my last visit. Update (9/9/2019): I love their fish and tartar sauce! However, the fries are not great and are often not fresh. On my first visit, the manager treated my ten-dollar bill as if it might be counterfeit, which made me feel uncomfortable. Maybe they should get a bill reader to avoid putting customers in that awkward position. Aside from that, the fish is fantastic. 2015: Under new management, and he is amazing! The food is fresh, and the fries have significantly improved! They've also introduced a new Alfredo sauce that is incredible! I am definitely upgrading my rating from 4 stars to 5. This place is hands down the best fish in Houston, and trust me, I've tried many others, including some popular seafood restaurants.

Exceptional quality control and delicious catfish! The cheese grits are a must-try culinary delight. The house-made spicy tartar sauce is a fantastic complement to the fish dishes. It’s a bit of a drive, but definitely worth it for a great meal or takeout. Catfish enthusiasts, don't miss this fantastic eatery that offers catfish and more!

The mac and cheese was absolutely delicious! Although the second time I tried it, it was different, it was still tasty. The fish is fantastic too!
