Despite being the only diners on a Saturday night, our experience at the restaurant was subpar. The burgers arrived cold and only the fries stood out as a saving grace. Additionally, there was an issue with a reservation being cancelled, leading to a disappointing overall dining experience. It is advisable to steer clear of this establishment.
A great experience. they canceled my reservation and claimed that we were not part of opentable. please never go to this place.
The location in a hotel was different. another burgerplatz was next door and I preferred burger theory. good burger and pommes.
We were the only 2 people on a Saturday night. each of us ordered a burger and pommes. an order was correct, others were not. burgers came out cold. only to save the gnade was the pommes.
Terrible experience. They cancelled my reservation, insisting that we were not registered with OpenTable. I strongly advise against dining at this establishment.
The restaurant is located inside a hotel, which gives it a unique atmosphere. Next door is another burger place, but I personally prefer Burger Theory. Their burgers and fries were delicious.
