I visited this restaurant for the first time and found the food to be delicious at reasonable prices. We ordered the Red Snapper Bento Box, which was cooked to perfection. The service was great, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I will definitely return. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.
The Salmon and Yellowtail Sashimi is incredibly fresh and flavorful. For those who enjoy Maki, I highly recommend the Crunchy Dynamite Roll and the Texan Giant Roll. The staff were attentive and friendly, making for a pleasant dining experience. I would absolutely return to this location and strongly encourage anyone in the Katy area to try Akashi Sushi!
