Good place for starting your Hop on hop off alco day . Please, make sure you had a breakfast, they don't have any food, just drinks. However, a good place to treat your hangover at 11 am. The Ministry hosts karaoke days on Tuesdays. The blond girl at the bar was very nice, respectful, and with good English language performance. View all feedback. We were there after midnight. Firstly everything looks okay. We ordered the beer and sat down. Unfortunately we sat to close to restroom and feel the stench. We drank our beers as soon as it was possible. Then the barmans start to making a party in there. It is really small place and music was definitely too loud.
