The interior of the restaurant was not very spacious, with only two table... read more I visited this restaurant that I had been curious about in the local area for a while. The interior of the restaurant was not very spacious, with only two tables and about six seats at the counter. I visited on a Saturday night, and there were constantly changing customers which created a lively atmosphere. The decor was also stylish. The menu had a variety of options, including not only ramen but also appetizers. This time, I tried the recommended garlic ramen. The flavor was a tonkotsu soy base with a rich and garlic-infused taste, subtly mixed with a hint of bonito and dried fish flavor that was quite delicious. However, the garlic was not fried but grated, so it didn't have a strong kick. I think the completion of this tonkotsu soy ramen is relatively high, as it is not common in this area, and I believe if you try it once and like it, you will definitely want to come back again. I look forward to visiting again and trying out various menu items.
