The entrance might be a bit muddy, with some iron staircases leading to a small gallery of shops that may appear somewhat neglected. However, after climbing a few more stairs inside and feeling the heat and humidity, reaching the restaurant and enjoying the breathtaking views of the terrace makes it all worth it. The terrace is spacious, the food is delicious, and the service is attentive and pleasant. The vegetable momos are exquisite, with a mild salsa, and the beer is served in chilled mugs at reasonable prices. While the location may attract tourists, there are also plenty of locals dining here. I highly recommend this restaurant for its excellent value and overall experience.
The entrance is a bit complicated, with iron stairs leading to a small gallery with several shops that give a slightly abandoned appearance. Then there are more stairs inside that take you up two more floors, which, with the heat and humidity, almost leave you breathless. However, when you reach the restaurant and take in the views from the terrace, you think that the effort was well worth it after a tiring day visiting temples. The views are fantastic, the terrace is spacious, the food is delicious, and the service is very attentive and friendly. You couldn't ask for more. The vegetable momos are exquisite, the sauce is not too spicy, the beer is served in well-chilled pitchers, and the prices are not too high. Although the place is ideal for tourists to watch the hustle and bustle of the square, there are more Nepalese than foreigners. Highly recommended for its quality-price ratio and its views.
