When I brought this up, I was told that's just how it is. Additionally, they’re often understaffed, with only one person handling the entire outlet. The staff isn’t friendly Overall, a very poor experience each time. Try avoiding if you don't want to have bad day. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Tried their Cafe Mocha, and it absolutely met my expectations with its great flavor. The ambiance was nice, but I did feel a bit uncomfortable as the waiter seemed a bit judgmental about my jacket and the typical Kathmandu dust.
