BY FAR the best Firehouse I?ve been to (and in the USA)! Gregg was the most helpful cashier I?ve ever encountered at any place I?ve ever been to! He suggested me some options on my first visit and oh my god they were the best subs ever. This literally blows the competition (or lack thereof) away! Would give this place 5 stars if Google would let me! ? View all feedback.

You STILL do not open the lobby, even if any other firehouse has in the area, so it is very aggravating to do an online order because instead of just going and grab your order need You now wait 10-15 minutes in the line in the drive thru completely defeat the purpose of an order before system. The sandwiches were delicious, as always. The staff was really friendly and our large order was entirely correct. The only issue I had was that the food was not ready for pick-up at the time it was scheduled for. As I was waiting, it was clear that drive-thru takes precedence over customers inside the store, even with an online order ahead of time.
Sandwich was great!, but the staff was less than friendly. One girl and guy were on their cell phones. Others acted like they couldn't be bothered.
Never, ever! If they forget to put a sub in your bag in the drive through and your return to retrieve the missing sub, and you have the receipt, but don?t have the bag in the car with you, they will call you a liar because you don't have evidence for their fault. You will turn off all your future business. $6.99 Sub and the manager will use four letters words to highlight this point.
