Gorgeous little coffee stopover! Immediately loved the atmosphere, topped off with delicious coffee and a smokey bean toastie!Only one disadvantage was there was no vegan choices... they did assist me by taking the cheese off and I did not taste any cheese at all! Bingo! Thank you for the excellent service!! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Black Russian Caravan Bar:
I ordered a coffee that was only half full and lukewarm. I also tried the chicken and leek toastie, which made me feel ill. The prices were not worth the quality of the food. There were no appealing cake options, as they were all gluten-free. Additionally, I was charged a fee for using my EFTPOS card, which I was not informed about beforehand. View all feedback.
My family and I stopped here after reading the great reviews on Trip Advisor. We were not disappointed! The coffee was fantastic and prices very reasonable. The location is very nice, we sat at the little tables provided under some shady trees and watched the kites flying above. We didn't get anything to eat today but the food looked delicious so I think we will return tomorrow.
A Reuben toastie cost me $11 and an iced latte for $6. The prices are 30% more expensive than Melbourne cafe prices. Delicious toastie in the end, but because there are only a few options in Katherine, you'd be tempted to eat here as well.
This is a 'pop up' cafe that operates out of a caravan near the Information Centre in the dry season. Their coffee is excellent and there's almost always a small queue of locals getting their morning coffee. They also have a selection of cakes that varies every day.
This place is excellent for great coffee and thee stuff are wonderful. Not to mention the food is huge and worth the price. A must if your a local or passing through Katherine.
Went for a bite to eat , very welcoming staff, had the leek bacon cheese toastie very good quality freshly made and served piping hot, would recommend.
