We came in November/December to Crete and a lot of taverns were closed. Not this one! We were here in March too. The owner went in to the kitchen himself and made us a superb lunch! He was proud to tell about his son being a pilot and showed us his granddaughter on several school pictures. A place to go back to! Vegetarian options: We both eat vegetarian and there were many options. Not all on the menu. Just ask and the owner will make you a lovely meal! The best fish soup I've ever eaten POETRY!!! The Greece salad and pizza were amazing. If you are passing by, be sure to come in. Small inconspicuous place and 5 star food. Prices lower than in pubs by the sea Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
