They provided great tasting food however they did not deliver all menu items requested. We had requested a vegetarian option for our guests and they did not provide it. Omar catered our daughter's wedding, and it was wonderful! We started with a fabulous Bruschetta with an avocado cream sauce and moved on to a dinner of 3 fresh salads, his Garlic mashed potatoes that are to die for and the green beans were cooked perfectly with a light buttery sauce. Then followed by a Mediterranean chicken and a Yankee Pot Roast which was his mother's recipe. Our buffet looked beautiful and everything was served at the perfect temperature, not an easy feat on a 86 degree day on the lawn. We highly recommend Omar. You won't be disappointed!
