Excellent meal. Fun and interesting. Owner was so helpful and enjoyable. We recommend any of the steaks and the original raspberry ice cream dessert. Because we came from a local hotel we didn’t have to produce Vaccine records or anything else since we had already...been screened. Owner even took us in kitchen to see how stones were heated up and shared more info.

A cosy restaurant with very high quality standards, a service that is given by the owner her self with a unusual last name. It fits her character, to modest. And Frau Neunzig (Ms. Ninety) makes sure you have the greatest food experience in Kassel. The...city itself is somewhat boring, sins I need to be here for business a view times a year it’s good to have a restaurant that is serving tasty food. If you’re searching for a big plate with fried standard food, then go somewhere else. This is quality prepared with details. Enjoy!!

I had read about this restaurant and it was supposed to be the best steakhouse in town. I tried it and must admit that the quality of the meat and the tastes I tried were excellent.. However you have to cook your own meal on...a hot stone. I have two objections on this. Firstly if I wanted to cook my own meat I would stay home.. and secondly the stone stays hot throughout the meal. This would mean that although you want to eat your meat medium it keeps cooking till you eat it. Finally for I would like my steak to be cooked.

Excellet steak restaurant. Best quality meat. Full of local people which is a good indication for a good restaurant. The meat is served on a very hot lava stone. Really recommended

This restaurant in Kassel is amazing. The place creaks and groans and is really old the second floor dining area is a hazard for the taller person but it makes up for it with truckloads of character and fine dining. My sizzling steak was...delivered on a ragingly hot stone and just so the dessert didn't feel left out in the heat stakes the raspberries were set on fire! The hostess was eccentric and added to the night.
