Many people didn't get enough to eat, and it wasn't possible to try everything because it was already gone. The price of €25 per person was therefore unjustified.

The atmosphere is cas... read more We always feel right at home at Podeum in Kassel. We go there regularly to play billiards and always have a relaxed and enjoyable evening. The atmosphere is casual, cozy, and yet stylish. The food is consistently excellent: fresh, delicious, and significantly better quality than you'd expect in many billiard halls and bars. The service is also friendly and attentive, making you feel truly welcome. One thing to note: The billiard table is located in the smoking area. As a non-smoker, this takes some getting used to at first, but it's perfectly bearable with the window open. It's certainly not a reason for us not to go. Highly recommended: Especially on Fridays and Saturdays, you should definitely make a reservation in advance, as it can get crowded quickly. For us, it's one of the best places in Kassel for billiards, good food, and relaxed evenings with friends. We'll definitely be back!
