After minutes of back and forth, I w... read more I received a stale and sour tasting draft beer today. (literally) In response to my complaint, the boss began a discussion. After minutes of back and forth, I was reluctantly poured a new beer. So that really doesn't work. I haven't experienced such unprofessional behavior in a long time. Especially since it takes a long time until the beer glasses are filled the dispensing system is probably not set correctly. Positive: Nice service and a beautiful view of Königplatz.
