We ordered using a QR code at the table. After 20 minutes we noticed that it didn't work. Another employee then took our order. We waited for 40 minutes and got nothing except drinks. After 65 minutes of being there, we stopped or canceled the meal. The employee said that our food was ready at exactly that moment and then listed something that wasn't ours. I corrected him, which really embarrassed him. His excuse was now suddenly illness and we should give them a second chance. No thanks and never again! The employees generally seemed very overwhelmed with just a few tables.
