After 27 years, the “Gambero Rosso” at the Gräfestraße will give up its operation at the end of October. The owner family wants to reorientate. Owner Vanessa Tropeano confirmed to the HNA: “We decided to pull the tear line after a mature reflection.” Now the owner pair from Kassel wants to say goodbye and start something new again at the Lübecker bay – first in the employee relationship, but with the aim of fast self-employment.
