Bolero - Kassel

A bar with a lot of young audience. A wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails and normal open drinks. I personally liked the great handling of the waiter with his guests. Open and always friendly he could explain the map well. I will definitely come back.

Insane views over Karlsaue. Beautiful outdoor area with 'sandstrand' food has always convinced and better than many other places in the dining area. Cocktails taste good and always flee. Have always reserved since in summer really visited well. Especially to mention the great staff! Very accommodating and also on special requests you are welcome.

Both in summer and in winter you can sit outside already top. Service is friendly and courteous, food also fits: . Price performance is consistent.

Een restaurant aan een stadsterras met de officiële naam 'schöne Aussicht' - dat belooft wat. En inderdaad, weet je een tafeltje te bemachtigen aan de achterkant van Bolero, dan kijk je uit over het majestueuze Kasselse Staatspark Karlsaue en wijde omgeving. Vooral in het avondzonlicht iets om lang bij te mijmeren. Daarbij steekt het eten wat gewoontjes af. De plek verdient meer culinaire verfijning. Wat niet wegneemt dat het gebodene gewoon goed is klaargemaakt. Ik at er de chili con carne. Door de roomtopping toch nog een beetje verrassend. Maar ook lekker. Mijn vrouw bestelde de mixed grill. Goed, maar niet bijzonder. Wel gewoon veel.

Wir waren zum wiederholten Male im Bolero frühstücken, weil es den besonderen Ausblick auf die Karlsaue und den Park hat. (Leider jedoch nur von 3 Tischen links neben der Theke - extra reservieren!)Im Sommer auch große Aussenterrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das angebotene Büffet ist eher solider Durchschnitt, wird jedoch von der Lage aufgewertet. Die sonstige Küche ist mexikanisch angehaucht und das Bolero ist auch für seine Cocktailpartys bekannt.
