They use their own vegetables and local ingredients as much as possible, and it shows! Among others, we had the special dish of the day, rice with cuttle fish ink, local fish called menoules, and some of the best and tastiest horta ever which they grow in their garden. If you are going in high season I wouldn't be surprised if you need a reservation! Food: 5
