Original 【2022年1月】 ランチタイム11:00～14:30。平日13:00過ぎに来店。10分ほど待って着座。花盛定食1375円を注文。カキフライ＆鶏香味揚げ＆海老かつ＆手ごねかつ。見た目以上にボリューム満点で大満足です。手ごねかつ美味しそうで食べたかったんですが、期待以上に美味しかったです。3種のお漬物、キャベツ盛ドレッシング選択、ごはん、味噌汁。おかわり自由と言われてもおかわりできないくらい盛りっと。ランチタイムはもやしの鉄板焼きもサービス。これまた美味しかったです。抹茶アイスと昆布茶。コスパが良すぎます。おなかパンパン。もちろん美味しい。また腹ペコで行きたいです！ごちそうさまでした。 【1回目】 平日18時30分頃に来店。後に予約が入っているので19時30分までならということで食べられました。特盛かつ定食（ロースかつとヒレカツ）2300円を注文。最初に出されるキムチと他２つのお漬物系を食べ比べていると、千切りキャベツが盛りっと。ドレッシングは手作り4種類（梅じそマヨ・ごま味噌・おろし野菜・トマトバルサミコ）。好きなものをお持ちしますということで、4種類ともご準備頂き、食べ比べ。個人的にはおろし野菜が推し。トマトバルサミコも意外と美味しかったです。20分ほどして、菜飯的なごはんとお味噌汁 赤だし 。とんかつも登場。ソースはあっさり系とこってり系と2種類。もうどれも美味しかったです。配膳まで時間はかかりますが、その分楽しめたりもするし、接客も心地よかったです。今度はランチでお伺いしたいなあと思いました。ごちそうさまでした。

Original 電話予約 注文をして開店時間に行き入店2番目でした。 しかし席について20分経ってもオーダーをとりに来られず、更に電話で予約した特上ロースと特上ヒレの注文が通っておらず肝心のカツは入店から45分後に来ました。電話口で滞在1時間でとお願いされましたが、そのあたりも特に説明はありませんでした。 後に入ったお客さんはもうほぼ食べ終わってるよ…とがっかりしたまま食べたので、美味しさは半減…することもなく、値段の割にしっかりしたお肉、衣は大きくサクサクで美味しかったです。が、お肉は油でどんどんベシャベシャになってしまうので届いたらすぐに食べる事をお勧めします。 ロースは油っぽく柔らかいため、お米よりキャベツと一緒に食べた方がいいと思います。個人的にはさっぱりしていて厚く食べ応えのあるヒレがお勧めです。 10〜2月限定のカキフライ、いろいろな具材が入っている海カツも注文、こちらも大きくて美味しかったです。 特上定食はご飯 白米orしそご飯 、揚げ豆腐、味噌汁、大盛りのシャキシャキキャベツ、アイスに加え、前菜？で卓上に置かれた漬物 好きなだけお皿によそって食べます 、キャベツにかけるドレッシング各種 壺いっぱいに出してくれます 、ほうじ茶と昆布茶、ランチサービスでもやし炒めが来たので、食品ロスが若干気になりました。 大食漢でカツが好きな方にはとてもお勧めなお店です！ それから隅の座敷席は何番目に入ろうがオーダーを忘れられる可能性があるので注文が決まったら声をかけて呼んだ方がいいでしょう。

今日は　柏の塩梅さんへ。 祝日のランチ時ということもあり満席。二組ほど待ちがあったが今回は事前に予約しておいたので待たずに入店。 お店には1時間ほど居ましたが常に来店が続いていたので訪問時は予約した方がいいと思います。 店内は昔ながらの居酒屋の雰囲気で結構広い。お客さんは比較的若い層が多い感じ。 早速注文。今回は妻と二人で来てるので、私は２月までのメニューのカキフライ定食1,650円、妻がヒレカツ定食1,980円を注文。 注文後するとすぐにランチタイムのサービスとしてキャベツ、もやし炒めが出された。腹が減ってたので待ってる間につまめるのは有難い。暫くしてカキフライが到着。結構大粒のカキフライだ。カキは気仙沼直送との事。定食のライスは　しそご飯。まずまずの味。食後にはアイスと梅昆布茶が。これもランチサービスとの事。妻が注文したヒレカツも一切れ食べましたが、全体的に酒を飲みながらワイワイ食べる感じのお店かな。 スタッフさんは常に気を配られており丁寧でした。 柏で何人かで飲む機会があれば、また来るかもしれません。 現金のみなのでご注意を。
