This is part of the highway rest stop at Neelkanth near Karnal on the Amritsar Delhi highway. It is not inside the main building but a bit to the side hear teh parking. It hs a few tables and many people take away for drinking...on the way. It has the usual Barista coffees and Teas and are served fresh and quick. Theirsmall savouries are popular too. On the recommendation of staff, we went for brownie wid ice cream(ages old barista famous combination ). Reminded them at time of placing the order that brownie should be warm. However, on being served it was cold. Later they warmed the same brownie on same plate n served with chocolate sauce flowing everywhere. We stopped while coming back from chandigarh and whole place was very welcoming however barista lavaza was just like the same. Like other review we have ordered for cold coffee with ice cream and found it was 260 rs and was just another cold coffe nthing was great however brownie was really gud but for 150 rs. It's pretty expensive.
Nice place but few items on the menu were not available. They were a bit slow with the order fulfillment. The items ordered were good overall.

Was looking forward to a really HOT coffee in the freezing December weather, but when it was served, it was somewhat lukewarm
We had visited this place while coming back from Dehradun, We always stops at this place "Neelkhant 5 Star Dhaba" where this is Barista is Located, This was the first time we had visited there. We ordered regular Cold Coffee, the guy at the counter asked, which flavor, vanilla or chocolate, we thought this may be some new flavor, hence we ordered. My 6 year old asked for some thing else to drink, I saw a visual on the door, some bottles drinks like "Amul Cool", named CIAO...I asked this guy again for this, in response he said we can give you the same drink freshly made, we said ok. But when we got the Bill the regular cold coffee was of 89 rs, but this was of almost the double price. Also the drink we ordered was for 220 rs, while the bottle was only for 100rs. It was like any other highway dhabha style cheating, like they give you green salad, or curd and at the end charge you hefty amount.This must be brought to the knowledge to barista management.
