So incredibly sad to visit a Pinchos that has such an incredibly beautiful location but where they have expanded the seats considerably and then not expanded the kitchen so there is even a chance for them to catch up. The staff were gold who really did their utmost with what they had to work with but it was impossible for them to keep up poor people, you could really see their tremendous stress level and thanks only... Cold, impersonal and the whole venue felt cheap with plastic chairs, plastic flowers and some kind of trinket lighting. The food was super good but ordering via app feels much more McD than I wanted.
