Good quality products and well-defined business model
Generally delicious salads with fresh ingredients and options. I would eat here every day!
Good salads... long queues... But the biggest problem is that the concept as it is now is UNsustainable. We pusposefully ate inside not to use disposables. Most customers take away in disposables (with plastic covers) to eat at the river side. But even when eating inside, dressing was not available except for dressing in disposable plastics, cover on the tray was paper with plastic coating, all plants are plastic plants. So: the food is healthy for the humans eating there, but it is not particularly healthy for the environment. Unfortunately. Simple solutions may turn it into a place we could go to again: have a deposit system for takeaway, have a dispenser for dressing and sauses, dont decorate with fake stuff, etc.
I want this place looove because I love a good caffeine with homemade food. but there were many little things that didn't make it so great. there is only a vegan protein and because I didn't like the dry cashew puck, I don't feel coming back. they have a second vegan protein that is lighter and not so dense and rich in fat. as for example tofu. the shells are so narrow. I hated eating everything just to get down, and every time I bite something, it would spill over the edge. because the suppening dishes are not salad plates. a flat bowl would be so much more beautiful and they could see all parts of the salad, and choose and choose. the lighting was too dark. with the lighting and the narrow bowl I have stabbed into the darkness. I want to come back, but I hate the dry vegan puck. please get them a second lighter option that is high in protein but lower in fat:
Good salad, long slang. but the biggest problem is that the concept as it is now is not permanent. we ate random in the inner to not use disposable applications. most customers take away in a wise (with plastic covers) to eat on the flow side. but also when eating in the interior the dressing was not available, with taking out the application in disposable plastic, cover on the tablet was paper with plastic coating, all plants are plastic plants. so: eating is healthy for people eating there, but it is not particularly healthy for the environment. simple solutions can make it a place where we could go back: have a payment system for takeaway, have a donator for dressing and sauses, dont decorate with fake things, etc.
