we do not live too far from the restaurant, so we eat here regularly, since it was recently opened and still have to be disappointed. next to the menu there is always a vegan dish in daily special. all the dishes are very tasteful, the tofu is organic, and they do not use cheap ingredients for the salad. the pho suppe with tofu (not listed in the vegan section), is unfortunately not vegan...hopefully soon they will a...
