one of the best places so far. eating is so delicious and of course with few ingredients. incredibly unique the last piece of this restaurant. I'm just waiting to come back. thanks! View all feedback.
So actually they would have to give 5 stars (not possible because not 100% vegan/veggie, but there is happycow something as a torkeeper on the go. the personal was super nice and recommended what we can order as a vegan. also other dishes are prepared on request vegan, as everything is freshly prepared and nothing is precooked. (at least at the nudelsuppen we had the sweet potato croquettes (respect)! sharp sauce! and frit gyōza. both super tasty and perfectly prepared. as a main dish we had the miso ramen and the shoyu ramen, both in the m size (begiving still l . both suppen were excellent and the noodles were the best defiant I had so far. not too hard and not too soft cooked. the sweet was super fresh and still with very good bite. nothing to cook or something. we had a kirin ichiban beer and a Japanese melonenlimo (sugar shock :d) paid for it ca. 35€ with drinking money, which is for the quality they receive, and for the degree of saturation (not even comprehensible pure). I was pappy. So, if I'm in a carol rest, I go back there and recommend it to anyone who eats Japanese, especially ram.

Was there two times within 2 weeks and I usually go to eat more rarely. The Spicy Ramen is great. Extra requests will be received. The tofu portions are large, the tofu is generally delicious. The self-made Yuzu Lemongrass Limo is also great.
Surprises are always present, even in an area where you think you know: I was only pushed to the small Ramenrestaurant in the Waldstraße because I had gogled an address nearby. But as small as it seemed, it wasn't at all. The front is narrow, but the two-part guest room becomes quite long. And so far one seems to have come out very well without us, because when we went through the door at noon, the shop was prosperous (when we went an hour later, he was still that. A friendly young man answered our two standard questions the dog was allowed to come in? Do you have a table for us? each with yes and guided us into a smaller space beyond the counter. There we were the first, but after a maximum of 10 minutes everything was occupied. We haven't experienced such a response on a Monday afternoon; be it to them, because the first time after the opening at the end of 2019 was of course bad. Photographing the front guest room would not have been possible without being stupid, and I would have washed my fingers later. That's why there are only pictures from the back room. This made a somewhat provisional impression, perhaps, given the pleasing demand, a storage room had been quickly turned into a Japanese snack. But this should not be a good idea for the younger audience, and not for us. The funny menu had already seen much better times and would have been quite unappetiable even without the C disease in the back of the head. She presents Japanese cuisine with a few bonds from other Asian countries. (Working will be the restaurant, how could it be different from Vietnamese. Luckily, the waiter gave us time to deal with the offer and its combination possibilities. After all, it went out to the following: Maracuja Lime Lemonade for both of us (4,90 € . (I would rather have had Lime Matcha, but Matcha was out, and this is quite remarkable in a Japanese restaurant. The lime was real, Maracuja, as announced, only nectar, and that was tasted. Something too sweet was the limo, even my wife. We were more satisfied with our appetizers, which we shared: Edamame (4.50 € , a powerful portion, which we only got thrown away with effort before the main dishes were delivered, and chickens Gyoza (6.00 € . Gyoza are offered here in two variants, fried and fried; a third was then served, namely steamed. In any case, the soil was not crispy, as we had expected after the picture on the map. However, since the dough pockets were obviously from their own kitchen and were really tasty, we liked to overlook it. My wife then wanted Karaage Don, fried chicken pieces on rice (6,90 €; I just see that they were still awarded 5,80 € on the map. My dearest has an intimate relationship to fried chicken and accepts this even from relevant fast food chains. This was clearly more refined, of course, and I was able to convince myself with a sample copy. However, she was not satisfied with the rice that was not sticky enough to be eaten with sticks. Also tastefully he didn't fit into a Japanese restaurant, but at €6.90 you shouldn't expect any wonderful things. Perhaps the less well-to-be student clientele should be right, we would rather put a few euros on it and get better rice. According to the motto “When Min Ramen do as the Ramens do” (sorry, even worse than the caption... it should be for me, of course, one of the many soups: Kara Miso Ramen (sharp noodle soup on soybean paste, chicken broth, chili oil, soybean sprouts, menma (fermented bamboo sprouts, maize, egg, nocha beans, puppies). there would have been the soup with pork, shrimp tempura or tofu. There are them in the sizes M (10,50 € and L (13,50 € , I took L, of course, but would have been filled with M as well. I was much more satisfied than my dear counterpart. The sharpness was on the point, the stomach was pleasantly warmed without the nose dripping over a fee. The chicken was tender and juicy, the noodles al dente (even if this is not a quality criterion here of course), the sprouts and the Pak Choi crisp and the Menma spicy. I would order that at any time if I wasn't too curious about all the other things that the house has to offer. It doesn't necessarily have to be rice. The paper napkins were just enough – the consumption of Japanese noodle soups with sticks and deep spoons unfortunately does not go off completely without a conclusion. Then it went over a spectacular staircase to the average clean toilet for the purpose of thorough hands and facial laundry. Here you can see us again sometime, even if spontaneous visits like this are not recommended in view of the popularity of the restaurant. But you can call first.
