Run by a French/German couple - Norman and Marie - they offer freshly prepared meals at excellent value for money. Every week a different soup, two different quiches with side salad, a crepe with imaginative topping, a vegetarian meal, a fish one and a meat one. Every week a different soup, two different quiches with side salad, a crepe with imaginative topping, a vegetarian meal, a fish one and a meat one. Menus are offered, finished with fresh fruit fools or mousse au chocolat. I have never been disappointed with the quality of the food here. One example: Fried fillet of salmon with a ruccola-walnut topping and sauce choron on potato-asparagus ragout. Frenchopen is hidden away in a Tennis club but is worth the search. In summer, a large outside terrace is a real sun trap.
