We had a very good German wine recommended by our waiter. The price was reasonable for the high quality of the food on offer.

The place has a friendly open style and the waiter was very friendly and patient with us as we tried to figure out the menu. Choices are limited, but according to my wife, that's the hallmark of a quality restaurant... and she was right. The food was excellent, very tasty and the wine recommendation on the menu was spot on. The restaurant isn't cheap food, but given the quality of the food, it certainly isn't overpriced either. The service was also very good and friendly. This restaurant is a very good choice and we would definitely go back.

It was a special occasion for me, as I 'm still relatively young and wanted to experience dining in a fancy restaurant for the first time. The ambiance was truly beautiful, and we were shown to our reserved table. The waitress immediately brought us the menus. Since my companion wasn 't very hungry and was craving something sweet, she ordered dessert right away. As dessert portions are usually smaller, I decided, despite my own hunger, to order just an appetizer to balance the meal and avoid looking overwhelmed by the amount of food on her plate. The waitress seemed puzzled, however, and asked several times if that was really all we had. We explained that we would order more later if needed. Just a few minutes later, the owner himself came to our table. In front of other guests, who were sitting about a meter away, he said that we don 't usually do things like that, but that we would be made an exception this time and should simply come with a bigger appetite. For me, this situation was incredibly uncomfortable, embarrassing, and disrespectful. Especially since the manager could see that I 'm still young and perhaps don 't have much experience with fine dining. But what does that even mean? Am I not allowed to order anything else? Does he perhaps think I can 't afford it? Why come right up to me and speak to me like that, even though I had just arrived and it was clear that I was just getting my bearings and could have ordered something later? This all happened two days ago, and I 'm still upset about it. I simply wanted to enjoy a nice evening and have my first experience in a chic restaurant. Instead, I was publicly criticized and felt unwelcome and mistreated. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing and left a bitter impression.
