Tables were supposedly reserved, but everything was free. I find the disrespect, as someone who liked to stop by and really on every visit to Karlsruhe, which was a place where I enjoyed eating, really very outrageous. Because at the entrance (tables opposite the bar) the wind is simply very strong The noises from the kitchen are also very loud and this is annoying, and the last time we were there was a few months ago we didn't know at first that you had to make a reservation in order to sit at the back. Were immediately assigned to the “cheap places”. We were then able to watch as all the guests after us were suddenly allowed to go to the back when the seats in front of the counter became full. We mentioned this several times to 3 different waiters that we were dissatisfied and noticed how many of them were simply given a seat. JUST IGNORED. The food: Unfortunately not like before, the meat on the skewer was clearly tasteless and cold. The order for some bread was also forgotten after reminding twice. Portions were also minimized, you could clearly see where everything was saved. The tables in the back area were free throughout the entire stay and even when we left, ridiculous. Of course the lady who ordered the waiters around and sent every other guest away hid from us so that she didn't have to deal with a complaint. Definitely my last visit. Also that of my family.

I think the toilets should be kept as clean as the dining area. Otherwise you can eat very well here.
