5 Sterne China Restaurant - Karlsruhe

Family dinner, two young kids. Sauted noodles were good if a bit greasy (where aren't they...?), crispy duck tasty. Vegetables were heavy on bamboo shoots. Breaded and fried shrimp with similar veggie base were fine. Steamed rice too mushy for my taste. Still, it was a decent and fresh meal. Extra points for quick and friendly service.

The service wad good and the crispy duck with vegetables was excellent. To top it all the price is very reasonable. The quantities were so big that I couldnt manage a desert. They speak English if your German or Cantonese is rusty.

Huge menu selection, friendly service and our food arrived super quickly. Food was delicious! Well priced as well. It lived up to its name - definitely five star.

The restaurant staff were very friendly. English menus and English speaking staff were available as well.I ordered take away and it was nice. I have had Chinese in china as well as in the USA. The food served here is much like the USA. It's less flavorful and seasoned as authentic Chinese food. My co worker ate in and said that they served the best roasted duck he has ever eaten. So I plan to visit again and dine in.For those looking for something familiar this is a nice option.

This is one of the best Chinese restaurants I've been too. There's a large selection of items, but this restaurant won me over when I saw lamb on the menu. There are very few restaurants in Edmonton, Vancouver, or Victoria that I know of that serve lamb. The staff is friendly and the place is one of the cleanest I've eaten at.
