Nobody speaks English and I don't think they much like outsiders, but... you can't go wrong with a pint of Pilsner Urquell for 54Kč in this area (across the street from the Holiday Inn, which charged an eye-watering 95Kč for a beer, and the Congress Centre). Standing tables outside for smokers. Just be aware that you are drinking with Death. Literally.
