The service was really bad, especial a woman with a bit age (she was there on Thursday and Saturday night, had twice worse experiences in Prague because of her) today I asked her colleague if they have “only icecream” option (without chimney thing), and her colleague said yea how many u want, so it’s quite reasonable I thought they do sell only icecream. Average quality compared to others around. The 1 star is for giving me a dodgy bank note in my change. Go somewhere else, there's too much choice in the area to bother here.
Taste good, the ice cream has a bit of melon flavour(? . The chocolate machine was broken, so had to waited for quite long, we were being patient but the cashier was rude to customers. 5 stars for the flavour and -1 for the service. I’d recommend to share one between two people.
Great trdlos at a great price. We ordered the classic one with no toppings and they were delicious.
The best pirocas from Prague!
The worker was a little bit shy but very kind. The dessert was excellent! We tried Frozen Queen.
