The service was really bad, especial a woman with a bit age (she was there on Thursday and Saturday night, had twice worse experiences in Prague because of her) today I asked her colleague if they have “only icecream” option (without chimney thing), and her colleague said yea how many u want, so it’s quite reasonable I thought they do sell only icecream. I never ever thrown away a dessert before my one and only Trdlo experience. The «icecream» (takes courage to call it so) was dreadfully chemical, tastless and heavy. McDonald's sundae is by far a gourmet Gelato compared to it. Long story short, I got a Trdlo with Icecream, nutella and strawberries. I've trashed almost all the «icecream» and ate only the strawberries with few bites of Trdlo.
Soooo good!! Could have a little bit more chocolate/ Nutella, but the ice cream was very good as well!
Fast service. Standard prices. The cone itself was pretty tasty even though mine tasted like it had been sitting around for a while. Unfortunately the ice cream was overly, almost sickly, sweet and I could not finish my cone. Might be best to go when it's super busy to get a fresh cone and skip the ice cream if you don't want diabetes.
Honestly the trdlenik was hard and old. I wasn’t impressed considering the Christmas markets had them so much fresher and better overall. Since they’re in a popular area they just up the price. At least try harder to make them fresher….
