I ordered a cake (in the shape of a car) in advance 14 days ago, and when I arrived, they had no idea about it. They claimed they didn't notice the message on the bulletin board and that the pastry chefs were sick. I understand that people get sick nowadays, but I don't understand why they didn't inform me and let me travel from the other end of Prague only to find out that they were unaware of my order!!!!!! This does not seem like a professional approach to me at all!!!
