I’m glad those reviews didn’t put me off visiting this... read more I read the reviews prior to visiting this place and I was somewhat apprehensive due to some bad reviews. I’m glad those reviews didn’t put me off visiting this unique place! First of all, there is no cats smell in there, not at all, it smells like any other coffee shops of coffee and cakes. The deserts were fresh and tasty and the staff (young man) was friendly, I have absolutely nothing to complain about! I was there with my two sons and they both loved it. The cats are beautiful and well cared for. They were asleep when we came in, apart from one tomcat, which was wondering around and then climbed on my son’s lap and enjoyed a stroke. Then a lady that feeds them came in and they all woke up and came running to her, so we could see them all awake and alert. I think we were lucky to witness that. I highly recommend this place, however I can imagine it can get busy during the tourist season, so if you can, visit it on October week day, there will be plenty of free tables and calm quiet atmosphere.

The cafe itself is very nicely decorated. Lovely murals on the walls, amazing details on cat decor. We really had a great time there. We went there 2 days in a row because we really enjoyed the atmosphere and of course the cats. The drinks are delicious as well as the cakes. The staff the served us was very kind and friendly. I really recommend this cat cafe if you’re happen to be in Prague. It’s easily accessible by tram. A reservation is advisable. Bring cash since they don’t accept payment by card.

The hug... read more Friendly service and lots of felines to admire relaxing in their baskets, and sometimes chairs, or walking around if you catch them at the right moment. The huge Maine Coons are stunning, they really do command the cafe. Service was friendly and quick. We only stopped for a refreshing drink, but that was more than enough. It's fun walking around spotting the various cats.
