Someone coming from Istanbul may find it a bit strange. In other words, it is not like the expensive luxury restaurants in Istanbul. However, you may lack a little cleaning. Meals and even appetizers are incredibly expensive. I would definitely not recommend. There was a smell in the meat, we couldn't eat it. The environment is nice but the service is zero.
