This is a very old-style cafeteria, in fact one of the oldest in the city (according to what I have heard). They have a whole variety of food which is not only very tasty but also very economical. They serve BBQ, fast-food, Hi-tea, snacks, desi food, etc.. I really do recommend this place. View all feedback.
What Pervez S doesn't like about Al-khairabad Tea House:
I went there specially for authentic Irani food like Chullo Kebab. The food overall is good but the kebabs are pakistanised. The rice grain quality could be better. The best Chullo Kebab was at Cafe Subhani near Lucky star but since it was taken over by the hotel and Agha sahib left, the quality has gone down. There are perhaps less than a dozen Irani restaurants left in karachi! View all feedback.
Visiting almost daily. Beaf Qeema is outstanding .mutton pulao with butter and egg is also fabulous.
You should try their chicken pulao, or chullu kabab. One of the best items. Friend fish is a little spicy but a good value for money.

Old style tea house Reasonable rates and good quality
Good lunch deals. I enjoy having their BBQ items. Prices are normal. Not expensive.
