However, I was extremely disappointed with the service at thi... read more I give the food at this KFC a 5-star rating because, well, it's KFC, who wouldn't rate it 5 stars? However, I was extremely disappointed with the service at this particular location, giving it only 2 stars. I had to wait for over 50 minutes for my order through the drive-thru because they just started cooking a new batch of chicken. Despite being told it would only take around 20 minutes, the long wait was frustrating. I would not recommend this KFC if you're on the road and looking for a quick meal without the ridiculous wait. It's a shame because the food was delicious.

When I went in the next day to apolo... read more The customer service at this restaurant is fantastic! I accidentally forgot to pick up my order, so they had to discard it. When I went in the next day to apologize, they graciously made me a new order at no extra charge. I was very impressed by their kindness. Thank you! The food is very good, as expected from KFC. I appreciate the consistency in quality.
