Since the paper under there is pretty small, your maw is almost just eating off your plateau. A bigger paper would be wishful, as I assume the plateau should be 100% clean.

The employees are also very friendly and could also be helpful in German. We were traveling in a larger group (12 people and there was no problem for us to put tables together.
