Zippy's Restaurants - Kapolei

There's a huge difference in Service between this location and the Wahiawa Zippy's.

There's this guy who works the bakery, and whenever I'm on the islandI'll catch him on his shifts.

Visit on 11/5/17 Sunday I rarely eat at Zippy's in Kapolei because the service is never good.

I love coming to Zippy? A must to stop on the island. My trip was relatively short and to be honest, I wasn't quite sure if we could even visit, but on my last day before my flight I knew I had to take the family! With a 12 top, our server was more than welcoming, fast and accommodating. This is probably my second time order an oxtail soup, but I often dream about it, it is sooo ono! If you? re from the mainland and only know to get oxtail from California Hotel in Vegas and Oase?t given Zippy?s an attempt you are omitted! Also try Korean Fried Chicken, Kalua plate with Laulau and yes all Vibes!

We eat at Zippy at least 3-4 times when we come home, and it is rarely disappointed. We must have come to a bad time because they literally had only 2 waiting staff in the dining area. They saw us, but no one really recognized us for a good 10 minutes (we would have gone, but we were all REALLY craving our zips). As soon as we sat the waitress was nice, so I only pay for a little stress to be overwhelmed. The menu has changed significantly since then (2019), which was also a little disappointing. But the food was perfect, especially on the plane. My son wanted a dream cake, but there was no one, so we got the standard Apple Napple that never hits the square.
